This small engine does on-fly XML-To-Any transformation based on XSLT schema specified in processing XML file. Say, you have two files, one is XML with some data, and another one is XSLT for generating custom HTML output. When browser requests a file, this little engine parses request, checks for XSLT (its can be stored locally on server or be anywhere on the Internet/Intranet) and converts this XML to format and view specified in XSLT, so as result browser getting pure output in format that end-user needs.
